Jadurhati welcomes Seva to face COVID 19

Gautam Guha, Agami Kalarab: Helping others it’s a fundamental part of humanity, bonding together and helping a fellow man or woman. In times of tragedy, the stories of those who help others are inspiring, such as helping the nation recover from national disasters. Some men and women even devote their lives to helping others, who risk their lives for the common good. At this grave situation when whole world is horrified and unified to resist COVID19 then Dakshin Kolkata Krira O Sangskritik Parishad has been has setup a Corona Relief Camp at Baduria block, Jadurhati village to provide support to the needy people who have been badly hit by the coronavirus issue. Jadurhati SEVA Unit incharge Sri Puskar Kabasi told as a responsible citizen it’s our first priority to be with poor families and children’s.

From 23rd March 2020 they have initiated several camps to regenerate helping hands in this area. Inspired by SEVA West Bengal Secretary Sri Sevabrata Das and his uncle Apurba Kabasi MBBS Calcutta Medical College he urgued that,“No one has ever become poor by giving.” They have so far delivered rice, pulses, sugar, potatoes and spices to about 500 helpless needy people. They have also made arrangements for delivering prepared food to their homes. From the experiences of National Youth Volunteer and social work background he said that, “This is being arranged for very propose. We will continue to serve the people for until the lockdown is lifted.”
