◆ 1 litre Full Fat Milk
◆ ½ Cup Sugar
◆ 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
◆ 1 Cup Sitaphal Pulp
◆ 2 tbsp nuts, chopped
Boil the milk in a heavy bottom pot.
Put on simmer and keep stirring constantly.
Making sure that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
After it has reduced and thickened, add sugar, cardamom powder.
Simmer for more 5-10mins. Take off the flame and add sitaphal pulp. Mix well.
Serve chilled. Garnish with nuts and serve.
